I plan to make a site ITRES.org.

It's about IT resources, first mainly on IT books for public.

I have already made some rough work on [itres.dynup.net], it's online since this Feb, and got quite a lot of visitors go to [itres.org/log/access.log](from April) , and I will make a big chang and finish the site in July or August.

Currently I hosted the itres.org on my home PC, the frequent power failures annoys me a lot not mention the bandwidth limits.(I have closed my server since last month)

I need someone provide me the free host:

reasonable webspace
reasonable bandwidth
subdomains
PHP/Perl/Mysql
several FTP accounts
several mail accoutns

You need to specify how much diskspace and bandwidth you need, and how much (if) you are willing to pay.

If you want to have a host that is better than your own PC I also would not look at a free host as an improvement over your current setup.

EDIT: Asking for more specific information, such as webspace required, projected unique visitor count. A business plan if you have one would be useful.
