10+ subdomain (for web page of ours friends)
10+ mail accounts
cPanel
....

We have .net domain,site is for non-comercial use.Site will be about friendship, fun, parties, IRC... The one who sponsored us gets his banner on our site (120x60 on index page) and link on footer ( sample: styled by salebab | Hosted by .... )

I know this is pretty much overkill, but take a look at www.globat.com and check out the GigaByte package. I use it and find it to be an excellent host, with very little downtime. It may seem that the package offers too much for your particular use, but you will be suprised at the price. Comparably, it is gonna cost the same as a smaller package.
