I am looking for free hosting for my website in exchange for advertising on the side of the home page (a button) or on the bottom of the home page (small banner or text link).

I was hosted with a paying company, but the speed and reliability was not that great. I would use sourceforge.net hosting, but there features are not that great and I would have to use custom dns to foward my domain to sourceforge (which costs money).

The site gets about 100 visitors a day. (http://phppointofsale.sourceforge.net/stats/)

*I would require about 5gb of bandwidth a month (The most I have used is about 2-3gb)

*email (5)
*ftp access
*subomains (2-4)

Speed (especially for forums) and relibility are very important
