looking for designer

Hello,
Im looking for a designer that could design something that looks like

I only need 2 pages designed and you can leave the rest up to me. I can do all the coding like implementing the CMS news system, ticket support system and all that good stuff. All i am looking for is a main home page and a page where i can input content for (ie. hosting plans, contact page, about us) and so on.

My budget is fairly flexible but for the most part around $200-$300. Im looking for very high quality work.

Your current page isn't too bad at the moment, some tweaks and it could be pretty neat.

I like the HG design too, stands out a lot and is quite clean.

I'd help out, but I'm packed with assignments for a bit.
