- Site content can be edited via 3rd party software (dw/frontpage)
- Additional amendments can be changed upon request
- Full rights to the site and all materials will be granted upon purchase

- This will be sold on a first come first serve basis

Yeh im getting a 404 error as well. Also i would recommend you put a price up
