Our servers are currently billed per instance, an instance is the equivilant of a combined set of processing, memory, disk and bandwidth resource allocations. We have numerous types of instances that are listed below, you can save by using larger instances however you will not be able to scale your server with a higher granuality.

A server is made from 1 or more instances, the resources allocated to this server will be the number of instances multiplied by the resources of an instance. For example, 3 Micro Instances will provide you with a server with 768MB of RAM, 27GB of disk space and 768GB of bandwidth.

Additional information

Server upgrades & downgrades

You can upgrade your instances at any time using our online control panel. Your server will be upgraded and restarted instantly after paying an automatically generated pro-rated invoice for the new specifications. You will also receive credit to your account instantly if you downgrade your server.

Server Location

Our servers are all located at our high-end datacenter facility located in Montreal, QC. We are currently in the process of adding other locations to our cloud platform. In order to serve our clients better, we are welcome for any location suggestions for future cloud platform deployments.

Actually, there's none! Unlike other cloud hosting providers, you have nothing extra to pay upfront, no deposits or hidden fees at all. You only pay for the resources that you currently have assigned to your server, nothing more.
