Large number of IP addresses needed for Tor bridges (VPS/shell accs?)

Hi,

We're a non-profit organization from Germany. With the help of individual donations and partnerships with other NGOs, we run Tor infrastructure that is used in regmines such as Libya, Bahrain, China etc. to circumvent firewalls.

We are looking for ISPs who can provide VPS or simple shell accounts with a larger number of non-consecutive IPs from different subnets. We want to use these for so-called "Tor bridges". For more information, check our Wiki page at

You can find out more about Tor in general on http://www.torproject.org/

So, in short, please provide quotes for:

* at least 5 non-consecutive IPs, and prices for 5 more each
* scalable VPS or shell accounts
* we can provide justification (Tor bridge = SSL)
