Monthly WINDOWS server management recommendations?

Hi,

I'd like some recommendations for decent, well priced monthly server management company for a small windows box.

I don't lodge tickets, as it all runs well, but this is more for peace of mind than anything.

Ideally with 24/7 ticket system and a good response time frame.

I am not a service provider, neither do I have a direct experience with these guys, but they have been commercially present in HostingDiscussion for a very long time, which to me spells stability: PlatinumServerManagement.com.

Most support companies that I come across usually have outsourced personnel. These guys seem to be completely US-based ⏤ a big deal.

That's just my 2 cents. I'll let other, more experienced members, put in their own recommendations.
