Would require: cpanels, MySQL(not maria), 200-300 gig space, php7,DNS US servers Lots of memory.
would prefer:all ssd, Linux, softaculous, real free ssl on all, whm, whmcs, unlimited other stuff
pricing is negotiable
Past 2 years Paying 46.95 a month for the above. Must move due to their switch to mariadb that broke all my sites!

Must be a good solid hosting company with no surprises.

I will show you a sample site if there is any worry. Most of sites are less than 1 gig.

well if you have 200-300 GB requirement and you are willing to pay , I think you should go with a managed VPS provider. I think that will be best suited option for you.

Just a note. Joomla works fine on MariaDB, sounds like your host did a bad migration, but don't avoid new hosts with MariaDB, as it's is newer and faster than old style MySQL, with more development taking place.
