physical environment necessary to keep our servers up and running 24 hours a
day, 7 days a week. These world-class facilities are custom designed with
temperature control systems. They offer the widest range of physical security
features as well as video camera surveillance and security breach alarms.
Within these facilities, we are able to deliver the highest level of
reliability through a number of redundant subsystems, such as multiple fiber
trunks coming into the Data Center from multiple sources, fully redundant power
on the premises, and multiple backup generators.
Our newest and largest facility with expansion room up to 100,000 SQ FT. There
are multiple Gig-E uplinks plus two OC-12 diverse fiber routes to the Brentwood
Verizon Central Office, 60 Hudson Street (9th floor) in Manhattan, and 25
Broadway in Manhattan. This new facility has Gig-E connections to the following
networks, Level 3, Peer1, Verio, XO, MFN, Qwest, Cablevision Lightpath, Global
Crossing, Telia, NAC, and peering with NYIIX.
