I know for our clients, we offer whmcs for $5 and mainly just eat the rest of the cost mainly to ensure clients receive what they want and stay happy.

Well before making such statements you should get you facts straight.

yes in 2011 WHMCS discontinued their DISTRIBUTION network ( Licensepal, Licensecube, BuycPanel) so you have 2 choices now and that is purchase Direct or if your web host is an authorised WHMCS reseller then you can purchase a licence or get a free licence from them.

Also i cannot see anywhere on your site that you are an authorised WHMCS reseller, so you are not allowed to give out or sell WHMCS licences. you need to complatre this https://www.whmcs.com/resellers/ to be allowed to provide/sell WHMCS licences.

I apologize but my facts are straight. Licenses are only purchasable THROUGH whmcs. As far as giving out whmcs licenses, because we do not have a big blistering banner saying we are a reseller does not mean we do not purchase bulk licenses to give to customers. WE simply eat the cost as a courtesy to our clients. Thank you very much.

Makes no difference as if you are not an WHMCS authorised reseller then you cant do this.

Reseller Requirements

An active WHMCS license yourself purchased directly from us
For owned licenses, you must have active support & upgrades
Have your account in good standing & 90 days of good billing history
Agree to our reseller provider agreement
Maintain a minimum of 5 Reseller licenses on your account
You may only sell licenses to your own hosting/dedicated customers

If you are not an authorised reseller then WHMCS can null any licence you have issued.
