So - anyone have any decent experience with Urchin stats? I have v5 on our servers and it's about to drive me crazy. It won't update regularly, when domains are removed from the server it doesn't get rid of the profiles and data from urchin's files, you can't see the urchin stats by logging in directly to urchin (you have to log in to the cpanel - but maybe that's a cpanel problem).

Dunno - am I the only one? I LOVE urchin stats, but I'm tired of the struggle with it. Am I missing something?

Thanks in advance

We do not have Urchin integrated with any control panel and it works great. Grabs stats from many servers via secure ftp. We have to manually add profiles, but I could see how having to integrate with any control panel would be a pain.

We use to use Urchin but not any more. Loved it but hated it. This was back then when it actually worked
