I know this sounds lazy. Yes it is... but... I am selling resellers now, and I was wondering if anyone had a good welcome reseller email that I could send them. I hate to write and I am horrible at if you look at my site. Please let me know. I have a good one I use for my shared hosting clients, but I need one for resellers.

Just say

Welcome to the server we are glad you are here! Hopefully we have 100% uptime but doubtful since we do upgrade the hardware and software. If you are looking for unlimited BW and Space you have come to the wronge place.

My suggestion would be, just email them and say:

Thanks for choosing us,

Welcome to XXX server we're glad that you've chosen us to be your provider. We will try to help you and reply to your TTs as soon and as fast as possible but do bare with us as sometimes we get swarmed.

Also include where to send what email. Eg. Please send your support emails to support@xxxx.com. Billing email to billing@xxx.com and etc...

Lastly... THANK THEM for choosing you guyz (again).
