Hey, sorry never heard about them ever before either.
Their site looks very professional but I have never seen any feedback from them before.
Try contacting their support and ask a few questions you would like to know about them, you can get some answers you want as well as seeing how long their support takes to reply to support tickets/emails.

Also, since your in Chicago, maybe take a visit to the DC arrange that with the Company for a visit

Hi, never heard of them but if you want recomendations:

DedicatedNow.com does colo (I have a few leased servers with them) and the support is very good.

ServerMatrix.com (not sure if they do colo) but I have 2 leased servers from them and pretty good connections to the internet. ServerMatrix.com is a sister to The Planet.

actaully i have arranged a visit today at the datacenter downtown Chicago. Hopefully they have a nice DC, and pricing. I'll post later when i get back.
