I just started doing reseller accounts just over a month ago and soon I will be wanting to focus more on reseller accounts than anything else for hosting.

Is there anything important or special to consider if your a host focusing specifically on reseller accounts?

Yes, there is. Be sure you are there, and at least have a staff on call 24/7. I don't do resellers because there is to much on the table to mess up. Just have support 24/7 and keep it cool.

Yeah support is one of the most important things when doing reseller accounts because you have to help your reseller plus be able to help for all their clients, which could end up being quite a lot in a short time.
