Who have you moved to Matrix?
Did you also move all customer's boxes to another DC or keep them there?
Dont you still do dedicated servers (resold) for BurstNet?

We told our customers that if they want quality and 100% Uptime SLA they will have to pay like $50 and,we moved 30% of our clients to the new Datacenter wich I currently offer servers too.

We do still have servers at BurstNET (Like 7), and we do still offer them because of their low prices for people who are on a budget. And they have always been great with me, the only problem with them is their network designed by Mikey Mouse. We have been with them since almost 7 months now and I can only complain about the Network.

All I can say is ServerMatrix. Been with them since Nov (5 servers now) and 100% network uptime besides a few short maint periods at 2 am in the morning.

i have one server with burst and i have had no problems at all so far. the tech support is great also.

I used to have a server with SM but their tech support kept pissing me off since they never had an answer for anything so i moved.

Until I can actually co-locate a few servers near me so I can have physical access to them I am still searching for a really reliable company.
