I'm curious,

Who here uses a The Planet Total Control server?

Was just curious as to who, and their thoughts.
I don't use their Total Control servers, may do in the future, but certainly not now.

Not me,

I would only go with Ev1, Rackspace my own provider now or GNAX.

I have 4 servers at The Planet (servermatrix) but I do not use the total control. I have there standard silver monitoring.

ServerMatrix rocks, I would not go back to EV1 unless it was a really good deal.

Hi there Max. Are you now with rackspace?

I would purchase from ServerMatrix, however some have had problems there regarding certain issues - but also apparently when you purchase from ThePlanet (there more expensive servers) you're higher priority than any ServerMatrix clients.
If I were to ever purchase from ThePlanet instead of ServerMatrix, I'd only purchase a Total Control server.

Ahh, ok.

I wish!

Don't feel bad just because you're not with them.
I know many people who moved away from Rackspace due to certain reasons and then moved to another company who specialised in the same area and was the same price.
However of course, every company has its ups and downs in certain areas.

Now I am having connectivity issues with them, some can't access my sites when server is up! Most in EU, but some in US. But, working to get them resolved.

My provider has solved this in the most professinal manner in the world. After speaking with him, he felt my pain and swiched my IPs during the end of March. I was really satisifed with the service Rocketcolo.net provided me, if your looking for a top notch provider, Rocketcolo is the one.
