Hey,
I'm getting 20% packet loss at TP DC now for over 10 minutes.

Anyone know of any network problems with them at the min?

Yeah, I'm also getting 20% packet loss at The Planet. :-/

Seems like it's only people in Europe who're experiencing this.

Are you getting 20% loss to HostingRefuge.com?

I was getting it on my monitor yesterday, thats in the states on another server.

This is from the monitor now

I guess ThePlanet is pretty good overall, otherwise you wouldn't be with 'em, right?

I'm considering getting a reseller account from someone hooked-up with ThePlanet, so I was just wondering about them.

My main current host goes to EV1, I think, it's Houston anyway, and I've been having a lot of downtime. I think this is due to overloaded virtual machines.

Any ThePlanet vs. EV1 comparisions?

From what I have heard in general, TP seems to be a lot better, I have never used EV1 so I can't compare them.
I have seen some very satisfied customers at EV1 but have seen a lot more at TP.
I think you would be better off at SM from what I have heard also...the support doesn't seem to be any different, the same techs handle both DCs.

If you find a good reseller you will be good.

John
