ServerMatrix and ThePlanet, are they in a different location/data center

This may be a dumb question...but it is something that I don't know.
I don't mind looking stupid if I am learning

Are Server Matrix servers located in a different physical data center than The Planet servers?

Just trying to work out if the price difference is simply support or if there are more factors.

No, same place shared. However, Servermatrix has their own switchs. Checkout the network page on their site.

What is the extra cost for then?
It isn't just support is it? Aren't the same techs working for both SM and TP?

That's correct. Orbit is the same kind of support for both ServerMatrix and The Planet (High End Clients)
