I have never used this kind of services and don't know much about it. But I have decided to use it from ***********.com.
Colocation is offered based on space used at our Las Vegas, NV, data center:

Per U, such as 1U, 2Us, etc.
1/4 rack
1/2 rack
Full rack
Colocation of your own racks (such as EMCs, AS/400, blades, etc)
So what should I choose?
Help me please.

How many webservers do you need connecting up?

Looking on ***********s site they allow up to 40U's in a rack, so a 1/4 rack will allow you to hook up 10 of your own webservers. If you have 5 - 10 servers then 1/4 seems to be your best option. Less then 5 servers then it's best to buy per U.

Much depends on the amount of servers you are going to co-locate with ***********.com. This company has Racks with APC power distribution units, high end Cisco switches, strong APC 4-post racks and engineered air circulation. Seems good.
