Currently I have 2 windows server with planet but I don't know why people really like it, Anyway I am gonna switch my servers.

Can someone please redirect me toward a good & reliable server provider ?

I have been with the planet in the past but was put off when a drive failure took several days to replace. When the new drive was installed they said to open a new ticket with sales to order an OS reload which then added another 48 hours on top. Frightening stuff

I use powervps.com at the moment and have a VPS managed account with them with extra server monitoring. When my sites go down they automatically respond with in 15 minutes and bring up the services ASAP. I believe they are more expensive then many other providers but well worth the extra few $$ in my opinion.

I have decided to go with www.Hivelocity.com because they offering HC panel on a very low price. From this way I can utilitze control panel price in builting a good spec server.

Could you elaborate on why you were not happy with ThePlanet?

Is HC panel their custom made sort of panel?
Is demo available?
