Is it possible to upgrade Virtuozzo from version 3 to the latest version 4 manually? If yes, then can some one please throw some light on it?

If you run 'vzup2date` you can upgrade to VZ4. I haven't tested it yet though and I would proceed with caution if you decide to.

the licensing is different
so dont do it until you have a license
