I have been a client of PowerVPS for about a year now and longer as part of a company I worked for a while back. I think the cost per month is $105 (with out looking). In the grand scheme of things I find it's actually quite cheap as I need my site up 24x7 and PVPS have achieved that pretty much with a couple of cases of server reboots needed to upgrade etc...

Can't help mentioning A2hosting.com VPS deals. They are all high-end and they cost rather low - starting at $14.95 per month.

rapidvps.com not expensive and pretty decent level of service/hardware.

Crissic.com is pretty good, they have good VPS servers.

There are many VPS providers but make sure they should have trained and experienced staff specifically in virtualization, also they should provide you good amount of burst resources in addition of guaranteed RAM.

The really low-cost VPS are availiable at gazzin.com - this company has many plans to choose from and to all appearances is quite reliable provider.

Also, ******.com, which has alredy been suggested here provides cheap deals, but they are only windows related. Actually it doesn't matter, unless linux is more prefferred.

Agree. ******.com despite of being windowes devoted has affordable prices and since windows supports any kind of server software, I suppose it would become a possible solution.

I don't think cheap is necessarily the best option. There alot of affordable VPS's outthere. I found one the other day and everything has been perfect; www.safehosting.com. I guess the best answer is to try it for the minimum amount of time and then if you realise that this is the service you are looking for, then keep it

Why does everyone say Cheap is no good? Have you actually tried these people? Sometimes we have to be cheap just to be competitive yet we still use the same hardware / software combos as the 'not so cheap' providers. On a personal note, I own a cheap (registered) VPS's company and there are plenty of clients that are happy with the level of service and support they get.

You hit the nail on the head there ValueVPS. - Prices drop as we need to be competitive.

The prices should of plans should not speak for the service that is provided. There are a lot of companies out there that offer great service for a low cost.

A company that offers "cheap" virtual private servers isn't necessarily a bad company. That's not to say that cheaper providers tend to have a lower level of support. But the pricing depends on your preferences (i.e - control panel, RAM, bandwidth, & storage).
