If you are a "starter" is a VPS really what you need?
Starting small is not a bad thing if you are well motivated.
Do some research and find a very good reputable reseller account. Not one of those BS unlimited everything accounts. Something that is real.
Get yourself online that way. Get a few clients and take care of them.
Build your business from there.
At some point you will need to have a VPS. Maybe further down the line you will need a dedicated server or two.
The point is don't spend money on resources you don't need.
If you already have the need for VPS then my recommendations would be ServInt or KnownHost. I have experience with both of these hosts in the VPS range for over 5 years and both are above top notch.
