That depends on what your provider pays for it and if/what they mark it up to. The highest anyone should pay for cPanel is $15 as you can get your own external license for that price.. The lowest I've ever been able to get it for is $9 or $12 w/Fantastico & RVSkin..

sorry, but the real price for the Cpanel for VPS is 8.50$ and not 14$.

But even in this case 20-30$ is not enough

I doubt you will find good VPS for that price, if you find something you probably will get what you pay for ... a really cheap server and probably frequent downtime. The advise to raise your budget was a good one

It depends on your provider. Some providers get their cPanel licenses for $8.50, some get them for $11.77, $14.00, etc.

I have to agree with the above. Your RAM specification is reaching a bit on the higher end of a lot of VPS hosts that I've seen. Is the 1.5G RAM you've asked what you are actual in need of? If you can back off a little bit on the requirements you shouldn't have much problem finding a VPS with those stats for your budget.

Managed + cPanel + enough ram to run cPanel and everything else will probably cost you $35-50 for a reputable host. cPanel licensing is also significant in the price, normally costs $10-15 depends on the hosts.

You would need a much higher budget for what you need.

You mite be able to find an unmanaged & oversold VPS for that price, but then that wouldn't likely include the cpanel license. SL's getting them to us for $9/month which IMO is a great deal considering others charge $12-15/month.

What are you trying to do with the server? What kind of website(s) are you hosting?

You might not need such high specs.
