We plan to maintain servers at these three DCs exclusively for their support and uptime.

http://layeredtech.com has been exellent
http://sagonet.com has been pretty good as well, very nice staff there
http://theplanet.com is great but a little pricy when layeredtech can suit my needs just fine.

I've had great experience with:

http://www.serverbeach.com - Great if you want a cheap quality box and don't need support.
http://www.serverblocks.com - They manage your server for you at prices that are extremely hard to beat. I've had great experience with them.
