Dear Webmasters!

I find it necessary to warn you from making a fatal mistake....

Is it normal for a Client of a dedicated-server to bear server's downfalls once in few days just because hoster saves on quality foisting bad equipment? How do you think? Is it normal to wait up to 15 hours for a reset when the server is down?! And, to crown it all, to get a spit in the face with the offer to pay separately for a "remote reset" and not to bother "busy men" with your problems when asking them to do something to make server work properly?!

Is it normal when tech support service dedicated to help clients and bearing a proud name "Profi- support" (!!!) is absent twenty four hours in all three chats of the hoster, no ICQ at all and all the telephones given on the site do not work?!!

You may say - a cheap hosting, saves on everything. NO! The prices are twice higher than existing ones on the market!

If you do think it far from being normal, my advice to you - protect yourself from nervous breakdowns and heart attacks, never use services of Westmaster.com!

15 hours is something totally unacceptable and knowing that there is only one tech support guy makes things even worse...

Sorry to hear about your experience. Hope your next host will take care of you just fine.

Good luck,

Whoa, that's really bad.

It's even worse on the fact that you mention they were expensive!

You actually think it's these cheap hosts who are awful, but even sometimes the expensive ones can be just as bad.

Wow, thats CRAZY! I would never wish that on anyone, haha. My dedicateds have 99.9% uptime with uptimes well over 6-12 months and downtimes less than 10-15 minutes... =P

Did the hosting not come with an SLA that you could make a claim on? Is there anything in your contract with them that says how quickly they have to make a reboot upon request?

I absolutely understand your pain, I got ripped off by racksmart.net so I understand how you feel, and just recently I had that kind of experience when I hosted with poundhost.com, it took them 12-15hrs to reset my server everytime it went down. It is completely unacceptable that there are so many colocation places that promise this and give you that - that being terrible service and this being promises of high quality everything.

I can't tell you how thoroughly disgusted I am disgusted by the sheer amount of scam artists and poor providers out there.

wow. 15 hours is too much just to reset the servers. I don't know how your site survived with them?

Thats honestly terrible, There are some hosts that offer low prices but yet reasonable... The hoster needs to look at it like this.... 7$ or even 1$ or a 100$ customer should be treated the same with outstanding support, reguardless of there packages or what there paying. Every customer helps paying the bills whether its your hosting bills or your cell phone
