Guys be aware of Canaca.com

I've paid them full in advance and in my contract with them I've mentioned if your server went down with in my first month for more than 24hrs I will cancel my hosting and ask you a refund for my remaining balance, and guess what my servers went offline for 48hrs, havent got my money they ask me to do a dispute and when I did a dispute thru my bank they've declined giving me my money back even though they've cancelled my service and server without informing me .

I am honestly saying they are FRAUD and nothing else beware.

Its been 2years now I am fighiting for my rights and have contacted many legal departments and when those departments contacted them they never respond back.

I've paid them $1208 for my server for a whole year.

How did you pay them?

If credit card you can do a chargeback but use this as a last option if nothing works out. If you paid by any other method what you could do is contact a lawyer and ask for his advice as long as you have proof of purchase and that the server is down.

Not after 2 years you can't.
