If yes, they have good service overall. We had problem accessing them only on weekends and non-business hours.

I have used hi-velocity in the past for my own personal server. I cannot really comment on them because I work for a competitor. I do applaud the use of forums like this for allowing people to consider all of their choices before making a purchase. It provides such an excellent source of information.
