Pako, I personally do not have any experience with the company.
webhostplus is a member of this forum (http://www.hostingdiscussion.com/mem...bhostplus.html), but the last time we've heard from them was back in 2004.

I recommend researching the hosting companies through Google and forums, and then making a decision that seems right to you. Instead of struggling through bad reviews, why not sign up with a company that is reputable and has been consistently getting good reviews.

Best,

I too don't have any personal experience with them, search at webhostingtalk and sitepoint for better results.

The host you're interested in has a habit of aquiring other more or less reputed hosts. The way they handled these purchases/server moves was at times the subject of ridicule at other forums.

A recent purchase was 1planhost I believe, and it didn't go very well at all. You should be able to find discussions about this by using a search engine.

If you are purchasing dedicated hosting directly through them, you should not have any of the issues that they faced when migrating purchased clients.

While theoretically that's true, I still wouldn't trust them. They haven't been very responsive to their 'acquired' customers, and so I can't see why it would be any difference with them directly.

Personally, I'd avoid at all costs.

This thread is rather old but still WebHostPlus doesn't exactly exsist anymore. I've heard most of their staff are working for a company in NJ that isn't owned by any execs from WHP. And some of them attempted to startup a new brand 'IHosting'

After searching WHT for web host plus, I have found numerous threads where people did not get their servers, nor their money back. As well as no response from them at all.

There is a much longer story than just the customers and pre-customers of WHP and it's other brands.
