Does anyone know of a reliable dedicated server solution that offers HIPAA compliance and would sign a HIPAA business associate agreement? I will be running a J2EE client/server app and storing large amounts of scanned image data, so I need significant storage and transfer each month as well.

Any recommendations on a good dedicated server solution would also be helpful, as I could speak to them about doing a HIPAA agreement.

NY/NJ area but would consider anywhere in the US. Budget important but reliability and customer service most important.
