Can you please provide evidence of this.

This would mean you are only collecting $6.00 per year for a VPS.
Can you tell us what VPS software you are using and where you get your cPanel software that allows you to offer this without losing a lot of money?

First of all we give clients what they purchase and whatever we do with the money is our money since we earned it,and wasnt given without us doing something- we gave a product or service in return,if we destine our money to this or any other charity purpose for saying something or to raise funds for example to raise the global knowledge about genre diference or lets say we smply want to destine some money so the playboy girls might put some more baby oil in their bodies during their photo sessions is our problem because is our money,or do I ask what do you do with your money that you earn?.

You say you tested other servers. Where is the evidence? You make a claim and potential clients are going to want verification. Where is it?

If you want to buy baby oil for playgirls that is fine. I don't really care. If you are using it as a way to generate business then you should be able to prove you are actually buying said oil. Otherwise people may think you are a fraud.

You also failed to state what VPS operating software you are using which is important to potential clients so they will know how they will control their VPS, especially since you don't offer root access.
Without the software all you are offering is a reseller plan.

Perhaps you could have a friend translate for you so you can provide a coherent answer. I think the hosting community deserves to know that companies are operating above board.

#1) Where is the TOS/AUP & Privacy Policy?

#3) Where is your business located - contact information needed
#4) What methods of support do you offer and what is the turn around time?
#5) You state on your support page that the hosting and support is unmanaged. If I need an .htaccess file modified, will you do it? How about shell/cron scripts?
#6) Are you providing WHM on the server so I can create extra accounts?
#7) Do you provide shell at all. You have it listed that you do not provide full root access, but do you provide jailed shell?
#8) what if I use a shell script (PHP/CGI) - is that allowed?
#9) "Half of every dollar goes for research in Bio Diesel and Global warming" - What company do you contract with for the research (or donation)?
#10) in your package you state "fm2000 fire suppression system" - when was the last inspection? Will you provide a copy of the certificate?
#11) UPS Backup Generator - again, last inspection date? Certificate of inspection? How often is it tested? What's the downtime between power loss & power kick in?
#12) You state that you provide a "PHP5 Payemnt process API" - which one?
#13) will you execute shell scripts if I provide the commands?
#14) Do you provide IRC ability?
#15) How much mail can I send per day?
#16) If you don't provide WHM, and you don't provide shell, I'll need you to run custom compiles of kernels and apache. Any problem with that?
#17) Will you install Java & the JDK toolkit?
#18) What's your policy on file storage and backups?
#19) What's your policy on formats and reboots?
#20) Do you monitor the machine & services? If Apache hangs, how soon before your staff responds to restart it?


For side notes:
#1 - the website is the hardest one I've had to read in a very long time. green on red on teal with some changing background plays havoc on the eyes!
#2 - Once again, spelling and grammar come into play "you dont have to pay nothing" is not going to win any sales - but then at $0.50/month, it could be very interesting the terms of support.

As for a tobacco campaign - I'm against it. I smoke cigars daily, so I would not support a company that is campaigning to eliminate public smoking or raising the price on tobacco.

I asked about the green energy and the organization that you support so that I can choose if I wish to support YOU in your campaign. There are many "green campaigns" that donate to organizations that are badly managed and less than 10% of the money donated actaully goes to research.

RedCross has a similar issue when it comes to AID in foreign countries - they spend so much on overhead and salaries that only a fraction of the money donated actually goes to the cause. I am performing a intelligence on the company/charity that you are supporting BEFORE spending money with you.
