Bluehost had been working perfectly for me in the past but I think their service quality is heading south. Their servers are pretty overloaded nowadays and I think they need some major work out at the customer support department.

What's your opinion in this?

I think clients will become to leave them if that what you are saying is true. And there are a lot of companies who can compare with them

Exactly! Hostgator for example is doing much better than them nowadays.

Yeah, bluehost is starting to go down the crapper. I hate to say it but hostgator is doing better than bluehost nowadays.

What are we basing these comments on?
Who here is privy to either Bluehost or Hostgator numbers?
How is this determination of who is "doing better" being made?

i mean if your doing good dont you want to give better service and save what you have?
when they overload they think they are saving money
but its wrong they are loosing infact
