That depends too. Most lawyers will CHARGE, just to go over things with you. Unless you have a friend, who's a lawyer, be sure you have money to spend for advice. I'm sure there are free lawyer consultants at a lawyer forum.

Well yea i think to take advise from a legal adviser is a better idea , but make sure that he a good in the field and have good knowledge on internet based stuff,,,..
