Now a days there are tons of choices out there when it comes to offering a Site Builder. It's seems like the two main choices are PSoft's Site Studio and Sw-soft's Site Builder. Which Site Builder do you use, and do you find it affordable + easy to use?

I have yet to offer a sitebuilder. Maybe this should be something that I should offer. I wonder how many clients would use it!

Yeah, I hope they add more templates to that soon. It is a good start though!

Psoft's is nice because you don't need a seperate license for it to publish across multiple servers. But the templates seem outdated. I've used it personally and find it pretty simple

Swsoft's looks really nice but the pricing is a bit ridiculous. $500 to have it publish to multiple servers.

You can check out the demo I have setup. I tested this for a while and finally bought a server license for Sitezen. They have a pretty good template selection and you can brand it and has built in tutorials. It also has a reseller admin section. Check it out at http://windycitywebsolutions.com/sitebuilder.html

Looks good, anymore out there, I want to shop around, but this one looks great for the price! Does it automatically upload the sites to there account when there done? I need dummy proof software. Is there a way to only allow clients that host with me to use it?

The nice think about Sitezen is that users upload right to their website by hitting the publish website button. The site is built in html so your customer can take it with them if and when they leave, with your help of course. Support is really good and Sam (One of the developers) always answers really quick with accurate answers. They have hired demodemo to put together some more "user friendly" tutorials without the voice. For an unlimited server license for 150.00 and includes 10 pro upgrades, you can't beat it.

I like Soholaunch as well but they need to get some better templates that clients can use right out of the box and work on the GUI a little bit more to allow novices easier navigation. They have a very powerfull sitebuilder too.

To answer your question about client use. Sitezen works with Cpanel and a few other cp's and you will have to flip a switch so to speak to enable or disable accounts. The account will have to be hosted by you but you can also publish through multiple servers.
