have you ever had a client spread rumors about your company to make you look bad for any reason?

Did it effect your company in any way?Maybe it gave it good publicity because you handled it well and it was found to be unfounded or, maybe it dragged your company name through the gutter....

Why did the customer do it?Because he/she wasnt happy with your service?Because his/her account was suspended or terminated?Or another reason?

Well I've never had a client try to do this, but I have had a previous webhost.. LeHost.net.. he was upset because a few of his clients switched to my webhost, and began to spread rumors to the rest of his clients hoping they would not switch to mine. Luckily I don't think it has affected my reputation.
