Have you ever given a survey to your current clients? Or have you thought about it?
If you have, what did you include?
What did you expect to gain from the replies? Did many people reply? Were the results what you expected?

If you havent done it before, do you think doing a survey would be a good way to see what your current clients think about your service and what may need improving?
Do you think it would be good market research and see who you would be best to target in the hosting market?

I was going to make like a poll with questions about the quality of our services and how well the support and stuff was, never really did it tho..

hmm...this seems like a good idea to send a survey to the exisiting clients to check out about the service...I might try it soon say within the end of this month.
