What mistakes did you do when you started that you would change with a new company?

If we could go back and start all over again, I wouldve spent more for advertising up front and less on our hardware...


Being the techies that we are, we wanted the greatest infrastructure available - took longer then we had hoped to hit our customer milestones and by the time we did, we needed new hardware anyway...

Everything is running perfect so far.. don't know what I would change... probably would have started out helpinbg THB instead of my other company.
