Review of Rocketcolo.net:
I have one box at Rocketcolo.net , my first box. All I have to say is the service is outstanding. I spent months and months researching hosts for Ensim Pro, and he was the one that stood out. Jack is a great guy as well as all his support staff. I enjoy working with him. Here's a bit of the rundown of the company.
Network:
Network is stable, very stable. There has been no unannouced network downtime. They use Level(3), Cogent and Epik. The network speed is fast, and there was never a issue.
Hardware:
Hareware is great, I have a AMD box. No hardware failures as of now. I am thinking of getting a RAM upgrade soon for added security and stability of the box. This would also improve speed
Service:
As I explained above, service is second to none. Their support staff is great. I get reboots in 5 minutes and support whenever needed. All is provided in a polite, curtious manner.
Overall:
Jack and Rocketcolo.net are great, you got a happy customer and one that will stay with you as long as I am in the business.
