I've used Quicken, but been hearing more about Quickbook these days. Anyone out there know which each is better for, or if there is much of a difference between the two products?

were can you find "bk database"? Im currently using QuickBooks and WHMCs

We use WHMCS it works great so far.

WHMCS for all billing, but all accounting, book keeping etc - we do with quickbooks

I use Clientexec for managing my accounts and Gnucash for accounting.

I'll go specific and say that we use Quickbooks Online for both accounting and payroll and that works extremely well. Our other systems are custom-built.

we are using excel currently haha it's a bit of a joke we are about to change not sure what we want to use, yet to try a few programs out.

It isn't very expensive to hire a bookkeeper. Your accountant may offer this service or can recommend someone.

For those that use whmcs and quickbooks are you using the module for whmcs or are you manually doing it?

I use QuickBooks Pro for taxes and payroll and WHMCS. This is the first year using Quickbooks for me and I love it!
