Goto mycorporation.com and incorporate, they take care of all the legal papers and even send you a kit :]

Contact you lower be ready to spend 650-900 dollars. And you all set will take up to a month. But I recommend more LLC you pay more TAX but you protected by the LOW.

Well this web site is wrong it is dose not show my company as LLC and my trademark so good luck with it.
