Not good news for electronic sellers of products and services: Better Business Bureau in their Dispute Resolution Activity Report has published the chart of consumer complaints it has processed in 2002 (over 620,000) with Internet-related services ranked as top 4th on the list.

Can't say that I'm surprised. It's the nature of the beast. A lot of times you don't know exactly who you are dealing with. And a lot of times this person is thousands of miles away, and much easier for them to rip you off. I've been on the receiving end of this a couple of times myself unfortunately, but you know what they say "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger".
