Another vote for RapidSSL (formerly FreeSSL). Reseller is the way to go. I use RapidSSL (StarterSSL) for my sites, work great for me.

Soon as I get setup, I'm going to start reselling SSL certs via their Reseller account.

I get my certs from EV1 and have a reseller account with InstantSSL. I like the InstantSSL reseller account because it gives me a great interface to manage and administer all my SSL certs for all clients in one place.

Plus being an authorized reseller I can get a cert in minutes without any type of authorization by phone or entering tons of info, because they've already verified my info.

We have been a partner with Comodo for a few years now and they are great. The even offer a 2T program so you can issue certs to reseller under you.
