Since you started in the web hosting industry, have you made changes to the shared plans you offer? I have a few times as things change like servers with much larger drives, faster processors, more stable bandwidth providers etc...

What has changed on your plans?

I've actually not changed them much or even reversed them as I started of with everything for not much money and realise you can just get higher quality clients if you change pricing a bit

Well just as you said, sometimes if you upgrade to a bigger harddrive you can give more space for the same cost or lower the price for the same ammount, occasionally hosts will change plans as nothing is really carved in stone.

Yes, we have changed them over the years. More space and bandwidth allowance mainly, but keeping the same pricing. We have introduced some services for higher plans, like JSP and ASP support.

We tweak things about a bit now and then, but essentially have the same packages as when we started. However we've introduced several different brands with different levels of service and prices to reflect the level of service rather than the resource used.
