Hi guys .... I have been hunting for a file hosting service (or web hosting - it also works for me), which meets the following requirements:

--> Its Free
--> Provides Download/Traffic Statistics for all downloaded files...(e.g. their IP, country, ISP, etc..), or at least a download counter..
--> Provides Hotlinking (direct downloads)
--> Allows video/audio file formats..
--> File size limits not less than 4-5 MB...

I have been hunting for hours and hours now, and my neck is getting pretty stiff ...

Please help me out if you know any file hosting service meeting the above requirements...

not much, any amount will do...

Actually, I could certainly use some help in this area myself.

My requirements aren't quite the same as those of ahmadka, but I still need something that is better than the likes of Tripod,Angelfire, or Geocities.

The storage space doesn't need to be huge, but it should still be of a reasonable size and have at least 1 GB of Bandwidth.

ahmadka: From your original post it seems you'll be hosting video/audio files. Many times the issue with this type of hosting can be copyright violations. What type of content do you plan to host?

Are either of you willing to put a banner or link for the company which is providing the account?
