A lot of companies use and provide what comes with CPanel.

Important Features - E-mail, mailing lists, FTP, Subdomains, Web Stats, Forwarders/Redirect, Database (phpmyadmin) .. Just a few.

I absolutely agree with romes and AH-Nick. There is no reason to over complicate this part of the business. Start with the standard features offered by CPanel, and then build from there if you have any value added services/products to list.

I like the added feature of moving customers sites. Of course there's got to be limits, but IMO someone is far more likely to swich hosts if they don't have to do anything. Make it easy!

Is this from the consumer or host point of view? I didn't see live chat listed. Lots of features listed - but benefits (solutions) are critical - matching pre and post sales support to effectively resolve requirements.

This is a good point. Also what is nice i think is the Fantastico like packages (what i mean is one click installers)
And stuff like CSF or Spam Assasin.
All this things are important both for newbies and experienced users for both budget and reseller plans.

I agree with you. Support has become very important for the hosting providers!

It looks like your site is very thorough now. I'd remove the blog as it only has one post. Unless you're promoting the forum, I'd remove it as well.
