MC Host vs. Splash Host - What exactly is going on?

I heard something about MC Host stealing clients from Splash Host; but what exactly is the REAL story behind all this?

Anyone care to explain?...

Right now McHOST is negotiating with Splashost about compensation. If the IPs do resolve to McHOST, McHOST will compensate for the damages.

Splashost's claims:
-Their servers are crashing due to a cgi script.
-They have found a fork bomb causing the crashes.
-They have logged the IPs which they believe resolv or relates to MCHost.

McHOST's Reponse:
I'm waiting to find out

was it KIWI (so MC Host themselves) or a client hacking from an MC server?...

I'm not sure but I'm pretty sure that Alan from splashhost.com didn't do anything and that this will all be resolved with Mchost getting a bad rep from it
