Never heard of the second one, but the first one (icc internet) offers unlimited disk-space. That's about enough information to know there is something wrong there.

I've heard The Hosting Specialist is a some what of a new hosting company, which is not a bad thing, just something to always keep in mind. I know they host adult sites, so if that is what you need, then they might be worth looking at.

As a consumer, I dont know if I would go with them. Last I checked, they're site changed designs like 3 times in less then 6 months, which I personally found a little weird. On another note, I havent seen any good reviews on their hosting, nor have I seen any bad reviews on their hosting, but then again, like I said, I heard that they are quite new, which would explain the no reviews.
