Guys, this is not the appropriate section, but we need to post this here and appreciate your support, including the support from HD moderators.

This is an official announcement from Host Color LLC. For any reason domain registrar MyDomain hijacked our Domain Account with them where our primary domain HostColor.com is. We got our account locked and the domain name HostColor.com now points to:

NS1.BADWHOISSHUTDOWN.COM
NS2.BADWHOISSHUTDOWN.COM

Please use HostColor.us to reach us until we are working to resolve the issue. Our operations haven't been interrupted. All customer accounts are up and we do not have any DNS issues, except the one with our own corporate web address!

MyDomain does not offer 24x7 support and it is not possible to reach them out of business hours! So it might take up to 48 hours for Host Color to restore its primary domain name.

Be advised that Host Color us fully operational and our customer support answers calls 24/7 at 1-888-222-1495! You can also contact us at support@hostcolor.us. Out VP of Operations Martin Andreev is currently dealing with the issue!

I expect our company to fill a claim against MyDomain, but we should find out first why they did that!

Follow Up: Cant believe it. Someone told us that DotRegistrar, and MyDomain are the same company, or are owned by Dotster! So I called Dotster support number. A lady who introduced herself as Liz or Lisa answer the phone and said she will not do anything until Monday when an someone who is responsible for this us supposed to be at their office!

She has told me that they locked account because, they have decided that our WhoIs information for domain was inaccurate... which is not true and is totally non-sense!

some clowns were shilling for mydomain not that long ago too.
