I was have hosting on radixhosting, i was paying every month 25$ , but now they are down for 4 days, they wasnt send any mail or something else to say that they will not work. I am afraid that i am now loose forum where i was have over 800 members, forum where i was give 2 years of my life, and everything simply gone.

I cant contact they because their site also dont work.

Its there any chance to save forum.

Did you make backups in the 2 years since you started the forum? If so, take your latest backup to another hosting company.

If you would please use the forum format for reviews. On a bad note, this provider appears to be down, and its not the first time they've been down for an extended period of time. Good advice from Artashes.

Last time i was do backup ( but its not usualy) its something that i get on mail notification for FULL backup.

I did not understand the answer to be honest. Did you make backups? When was the last backup made by YOU and saved to YOUR hard drive?

So you made the backups but never downloaded them to your own hard drive ? If I was you I would definitely try and keep on contacting them... Maybe they are a reseller company, find out who is supplying them with hosting and ask that company they might be able to help you, otherwise it looks like the forums files are gone. sorry!
